I had a delightful stay at the hotel, where a friendly staff greeted us with smiles. The beach access was a bonus, and the nearby restaurants were a culinary highlight.

Great for family fun!
The staff were super chill and always willing to help. The big balcony off our room was such a treat for morning coffee. They had a cool snack bar too, perfect for after a swim. Just wish the breakfast had more variety, but overall, we really enjoyed it.

The beaches were a real highlight, especially the ones a short distance from the hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and furnished in a minimalist style. Having a personal safe made us feel secure during our stay, especially travelling with dad.
My kids wished for more printable info about the hotel activities.

We had such a spacious room with a lovely balcony, perfect for late-night chats. The variety of services like the relaxing spa treatments and the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool made our stay even better! A minor bummer was the repetitive meals, but it didn't take away from the overall fun we had. 😊

The outdoor space at the hotel has a decent pool area, which is nice for soaking up the sun, although the pool's temperature can be quite chilly. The location also provides quick access to the beach, where you can find good water conditions for a refreshing dip in the morning.
The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. I found a few issues with dirty bedsheets and a musty smell that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Dining is a bit tricky since there seems to be a limit on how much you can take at the buffet, and some food options were not served at the right temperature. Plus, the single-use plastic cups used for drinks at the bar really detracted from the experience—it's like they were prioritizing convenience over environmental responsibility. Wi-Fi is limited to the lobby, making it tough when you're trying to stay connected, especially with the air conditioning barely keeping things cool during wait times for taxis.

Viva Sharm offered a beautiful room, number 134. Every day, housekeeping kept it clean. The pool, however, felt too cold for swimming. Morning beach visits revealed warm water after the refreshingly cool nights. Taxis always waited outside for quick trips to Naama Bay or the old market. The beach had good access early in the day. Enjoyed meeting a wonderful person, Isha, at the disco. Service was generally good, but some areas need attention. The restaurant could improve its food variety, and the pool's temperature was uninviting. With better food options and moderate pool heating, this place would shine even brighter!
